He has been instrumental in leading the wealth business from 2010 to 2021, making it amongst one of the largest wealth management business in India, with more than ~2,00,000 Cr of client assets under advice.

Prior to his Asset Management experience, Hemantheaded the treasury business for Edelweiss.
